Section 1 includes normal speed videos, move-by move description, drills, and applications & options for the following moves:

  • Move 5 — A: Step Forward and Left Shoulder Stroke

  • Move 6 — D: Strike the Tiger (Right)

  • Move 7 — A: Left Elbow Stroke

  • Move 8 — D: Push to the Left and Right Elbow Stroke

  • Move 9 — A: Withdraw the Step and Strike the Tiger (Left)

  • Move 10 — D: Right Downward Strike

  • Move 11 — A: Raise Hands to the Up Posture
